A strategic plan is fundamental in steering an organization in the right direction, towards meeting set objectives. Uganda Meat Producers Cooperative Union Ltd recently held a 2-day review and strategic planning meeting, attended by its Board members and other key resource persons. At the end of the meeting, the participants made proposals on how to “shape the future of the Union”.
